Where do you deliver?

We currently serve the Cincinnati, OH area.

Do you offer porch drop-offs?

To minimize waste and ensure food quality, we only offer in-person delivery at this time. This helps us avoid excessive packaging materials typically needed for maintaining proper temperature during unattended deliveries.

Can I pick up my order?

Currently, we only offer meal delivery. We’re working on partnerships with local businesses to establish convenient pickup locations – stay tuned for updates!

How does the meal subscription work?
  • You’ll receive a weekly text with a link to select your meals (utilizing our ordering platform, bottle.com)
  • Login and choose meals for the following week by Wednesday at noon
  • If no selection is made by Wednesday at noon, that week will be skipped (no charge)
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time

How far in advance should I order?

For event or corporate meal orders, please submit your inquiry at least 7 days in advance. Family style subscription meals must be selected by Wednesday at noon for the following week’s delivery.
